10. If the petitioners join their previous institutions and resume teaching, their salaries shall be disbursed into their respective accounts. In case they do not join the institutions, this Court will consider the issue of arrears of salary after the final decision of the writ petition upon completion of pleadings from both sides.
अगर पिटीशनर अपने पिछले इंस्टिट्यूशन में शामिल होते हैं और पढ़ाना फिर से शुरू करते हैं, तो उनकी सैलरी उनके अपने अकाउंट में भेज दी जाएगी। अगर वे इंस्टिट्यूशन में शामिल नहीं होते हैं, तो यह कोर्ट दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें पूरी होने पर रिट पिटीशन के आखिरी फैसले के बाद सैलरी के एरियर के मुद्दे पर विचार करेगा।
यानी कुल मिलाकर कोर्ट से कोई राहत न मिली बल्कि स्वयं का ही नुकसान कर बैठे..
