विद्यालयों में समायोजन की रिपोर्ट की तलब
प्रयागराज, जिलों में शून्य और एक शिक्षक वाले विद्यालय को लेकर बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी चिंतित हैं। यू-डायस पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध छात्र संख्या के आधार पर मानक से अधिक अध्यापक संख्या वाले विद्यालय, शिक्षक विहीन एवं एकल शिक्षक वाले विद्यालयों को चिह्नित करते हुए शिक्षक विहीन एवं एकल शिक्षक वाले विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की व्यवस्था करने के लिए 14 नवंबर 2025 को सभी बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया था।
इस मामले में 26 दिसंबर 2025 को अपर मुख्य सचिव, बेसिक शिक्षा ऑनलाइन बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव अप्रसन्न पांच जनवरी को दोबारा बैठक आयोजित होगी
विभाग पार्थ सारथी सेनशर्मा ने वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा की तो पता चला कि जिलों में अब भी शिक्षक विहीन एवं एकल शिक्षक विद्यालय हैं। इस पर अपर मुख्य सचिव महोदय ने अप्रसन्नता जताई। बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के सचिव सुरेंद्र कुमार तिवारी ने सभी बीएसए को समायोजन की कार्यवाही पूर्णकरते हुए निर्धारितप्रारूप पर रविवार
दोपहर दो बजे तक हर हाल में सूचना उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
बीएसए को ग्रामीण व नगर क्षेत्र में एकल एवं शिक्षक विहीन विद्यालयों की संख्या, संख्यावार एवं संवर्गवार स्पष्ट कारण बताया है। जिन मंडलों या जिलों में निर्धारित समयावधि में कार्यवाही पूर्ण करते हुए सूचना उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जाती है, उनके संबंध में पांच जनवरी को दोबारा अपर मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक की जाएगी।

Officials of the Basic Education Department are concerned about schools with zero teachers and single-teacher schools in the districts. Based on student enrollment data available on the U-DISE portal, schools with surplus teachers, teacher-less schools, and single-teacher schools were identified. On November 14, 2025, all Basic Shiksha Adhikaris (BSAs) were directed to make arrangements for teachers in teacher-less and single-teacher schools.
In this matter, an online meeting was held on December 26, 2025, chaired by the Additional Chief Secretary, Basic Education. Another review meeting will be held again on January 5, as the Additional Chief Secretary expressed dissatisfaction during the review.
When the review was conducted through video conferencing by the Additional Chief Secretary, Basic Education Department, Parth Sarathi Sen Sharma, it was found that teacher-less and single-teacher schools still exist in the districts. Expressing displeasure over this, the Secretary of the Basic Education Council, Surendra Kumar Tiwari, directed all BSAs to complete the adjustment process and submit the required information in the prescribed format by Sunday, by 2:00 PM, under all circumstances.
The BSAs have been instructed to clearly mention the number of single-teacher and teacher-less schools in rural and urban areas, along with category-wise details and specific reasons. In districts or divisions where the action is not completed within the stipulated time and information is not provided, a review meeting will again be held on January 5 through video conferencing under the chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary.
