Sample 1: Sample Circular for Teachers
Sub: Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Courses on ET/ICT and Cyber Safety for the Academic Year 2026-27 - reg.
NCERT offers a range of online CPD courses in the areas of ET/ ICT and cyber safety & security through the DIKSHA portal and mobile applications. Teachers and school heads are provided opportunities to select courses according to their professional needs, interests, and areas of development, thereby enhancing their professional competencies.
Till date, seventy seven courses are being offered through DIKSHA in the areas of ET/ ICT and cyber safety. Every month, on the first (English version) and second (Hindi version) saturday, a new online course is released in the area of cyber safety. Similarly, every third (English version) and fourth (Hindi version) saturday, a new online course is released in the area of ET/ ICT. The complete details of the courses and the guidelines for joining the course are available and regularly updated in the link: https://ciet.ncert.gov.in/cpd_courses.
The details of the courses are attached as Annexure- 1 and user guide is attached as Annexure-2.
Teachers and School Heads can choose courses as per interest and complete the course to meet the 50 hours of CPD hours.
